Getting to know each other ...
It's been two years since Robin Hagey and Robin Martino met through their volunteer work. Robin M. was president of board of The Orphan Foundation, Robin H. was invited to work with the organization to help with public relations. Over months of working together, they discovered they shared more than just a first name. Both Robins share a strong work ethic and a commitment to go the extra mile for their clients.
Been there, done that ...
Both Robins are East Coast transplants, Robin H. from New York and Robin M. from Connecticut. Robin H. moved back and forth across the country and then back again. Robin M. fell in love with paradise immediately and has never left. Both have bought and sold multiple homes and Robin H. still has a number of investment properties in the Conejo and Simi Valleys.
As real estate professionals ...
We know what it takes to list and purchase homes, set pricing, negotiate contracts and move the process forward to everyone's satisfaction.
On a personal level ...
We understand the stress of buying a new home -- moving the kids and pets, finding the right schools and doctors, settling into a new neighborhood. We know what it's like to sell a home in a down market -- the importance of researching the comps, pricing your home to sell in a reasonable time frame and marketing your property to the right audience, all while keeping your home neat and clean and available for potential buyers.
On both sides, we're here to help.
Meet Robin Hagey
Born on the East Coast, bred in the New York City area, Robin spent much of her career as a reporter (her research skills are essential to her success as a realtor) and later in public relations and marketing (also vital to succeeding in the marketplace), before getting her realtor's license five years ago. Robin, her husband and their two kids moved to southern California in the early 1990s, then took a brief hiatus in Rochester, NY, where they adopted their dog, Max. Perfect weather and golf and tennis 52 weekends a year lured the family back in 1999. She's been involved in the community ever since, volunteering for a number of organizations and serving as PTA president for both Park Oaks Elementary School and Westlake High School in Thousand Oaks.
Meet Robin Martino
Born and raised in rural Connecticut, Robin, her husband, their two children and various dogs, moved to Agoura Hills in 1988 for a corporate relocation. Another job change took the family to Santa Barbara and another brought them back to Agoura in 2002. Robin spent most of her professional career as a human resources manager but her entrepreneurial spirit prompted her to run a number of her own businesses, including the Robin's Nest, a knitting machine store, and an electrical construction company. Before joining Robin H. in the real estate business, Robin was an active member of the board for The National Association of Women Business Owners, The Orphan Foundation and she worked closely with the Wellness Community Holiday Homes Tour.
